I think it would be nice to be able to squelch some things based on pval. For instance if I am wearing a ring of damage (+8) I would like to be able to squelch all rings of damage that are less than +8 but not ones that are more. This could also apply to stat jewelry, boots of speed, and possibly a couple other items.
