    Monster description error?

Came across this when painting the tiles for Angband:

    N:418:Erinyes
    T:major demon
D:It is a lesser demon of female form; however, she takes little time to show
    D: her true colours.

    Seems there's a conflict there:
    T says it's a major demon, then D says it's a lesser demon.

Is this an error somehow, or done intentionally?

Major demon simply means it's a U symbol rather than a u for the really tiny demons (imps, manes etc.). Erinyes is at the low end of the upper tier, as it were. I admit that the description could be improved.

      Definitely an error.

My first reaction is that the description is wrong. But it could go either way I suppose.

Lesser major demon? Good thing it's not minor demon in description then it would be clear error.

demon types are minor and major, not lesser and greater.
