suggestion: randomise unknown flavors when loading a saved game

reason: in ironman competitions when playing from a saved file the flavors don't change and after a few deaths you can memorise what the flavors are.

It been mentioned before. Everyone pretty much agrees that it's a good idea, but since it only applies to competition play, I think it's been placed on the back burner.

It needs to be a bit cleverer than that. You wouldn't really want flavours to be randomised midgame. That would be very confusing - especially if you squelch an unknown flavour.

I think a command that allows for randomization of flavors mid-game is what you want. You can then use it on the comp characters on start up. You don't want to make it an automatic randomization for the reasons PSI stated.

I thought that the competition angle was fairly obvious. Of course you wouldn't want new flavors every time you load your saved game. That's crazy (or a whole new iornman variant, in which you must play your whole game in one sitting, or suffer the consequences).

A special indicator of some sort could be inserted into the original competition save file. This indicator could be removed upon initial re-flavoring so that it doesn't happen again upon subsequent save/reload.
