Bug: Heroism Doesn't Work from the Book in 4.2.5

I found a bug in v. 4.2.5, where Heroism doesn't work when cast from the priest book, but does work when you quaff the potion.

This was covered yesterday. Read the description in the book with (B)rowse command. The effect kicks in at Cl20 and gets longer duration with level.
