Tried to disarm a small iron chest (summoning runes) on DL70 and muffed it. It summoned Tselakus the Dreadlord, Glaurung, Polyphemus, and Ungoliant.

After I isolated him, Tselakus then summoned Ren the Unclean and Khamûl the Black Easterling. Busy afternoon.

Just for the record, I did finish off all those summoned monsters — just didn't want to fight them all at once.

it's not *that* hard when one of your randarts activates for Banish.

I guess there's a reason there's no "Rod of Banishment," huh?

Those boots were the best randart in the game. Got a lot of weapons with aggravate for some reason.

I actually find aggravation to be very useful in the endgame, especially on paladins (who have renewable healing) and blackguards (who have infinite spellpoints). It allows you to lure enemies out of vaults without getting in LOS, and endgame melee characters can chew through endgame monsters like a child through chocolate.
