    considering that it acts as a ring of slaying +15, +15 and +5 to all stats, killing things should not be a major issue.
    oh and it makes you immune to fire AND all other three major elements so lol at just murdering balrog after balrog.

    But, it's the one ring. It will corrupt your mortal soul forever.

        A few years ago, Comp 164 was a hobbit that started with the One Ring, Sting, and a some mithril chainmail. The winning conditions were special, whoever had the lowest experience regardless of turncount. As I recall, experience drain was more than compensated by how quickly you could kill targets.
