    Basically, the logic of checking for the file was flipped.

    Only workaround: remove the previous dump.

      If Angband/Zangband are running as some user other than tomek, these directories should have drwxr-xr-x permissions.

      Non-executable directories are pretty much unusable in *NIX.
      Zaiband: end the "I shouldn't have survived that" experience. V3.0.6 fork on Hg.

        Is 3.1.0 out yet or is it just the dev version you are talking about? I don't care that much about my dump files. I'll just get more creative about the save names.

            Actually, that's one of the workarounds. The other is to answer 'n'o to the prompt.
