What are the ideal stats for a Dunadan Ranger? i really wanna try with that class, i don't know if the race has something to do with it...

Hey, welcome! Rangers can make use of a lot of the stats. I'd recommend starting with high strength and dexterity (both help melee, strength lets you carry more weight, and dex helps shooting), above-average intelligence (for spellcasting), and average or above average constitution. You can afford to have very low wisdom.

Dunadan is a good and flexible race, certainly able to make for strong rangers.

Eventually most Angband characters that survive long enough get all their stats to high levels by drinking potions (e.g. Potion of Strength) and wearing items that give stat bonuses, so you don't have to worry too much about your exact starting setup.

If you end up wanting to do more casting, you can make a character that sacrifices some other stats in exchange for higher intelligence, which will let you have more mana, fail spells less often, and let you memorize more spells earlier, but don't go overboard and pump your int to the max.

Rangers are tricky, because while they can do everything, they aren't great at anything (beyond using bows, of course -- not crossbows or slings, just bows). For survivability early on, you want good enough STR and DEX to get at least two blows per round. Put the rest into INT to help your spellcasting. You can afford to ignore CON, because it's simply not relevant in the early game -- it gives a trivial per-level hitpoint boost and does nothing else. You have to have more levels and a much higher CON score than you can get at game start for it to make a meaningful difference.

Dunadans have a fairly slow game because they level up slowly. If you want a faster game, try a half-troll, dwarf, or hobbit; all three are great all-round races.
