What's the word on ?Banishment, ?$Mass Banishment, and ?*Destruction* ? Since -TO is okay, I'd imagine they are permissible for the fists-only fighter since they are like a super-TO.

In my mind, Ronda and Slapper are fists, elbows, knees, feet and head-butt fighters once they have enough dexterity for multiple blows.

The only differences with your challenge is that I don't restrict on using items from the pack (wands, rods), but I don't allow anything in slot b, even if I don't use the item for shooting. This is standard artifact set, so the options for extra damage are very limited. Diving around 4950ft now to get those +dam artifacts. And a PDSM would be nice too, or at least balance.

I do use the b slot, but with no ammunition. Artifact shooters and Lothlorien bows come with some resistances, speed, ESP or other useful stat gains. As long as they aren't used for shooting, I think it's fair to carry them around.
