YAHERogue- what do I need for the 2 big bosses?

I've made it to the end-game in V a few times, but always spent too much time prepping and killed myself doing something dumb while I wasn't paying attention. I'm going to try to hurry up this time so even if this guy doesn't win he can die to Sauron or Morgoth instead of some nameless schmuck monster who got lucky. So how much more prep time do I need to do to be ready for the last fights?

Any gaping holes besides RNether? Does Andy put out enough damage to keep things short and relatively simple? How much healing and banishment and destruction should I have? How much effort should I put into killing off uniques? (I haven't killed any of the most troublesome besides Saruman and some ring wraiths)

A couple more stacks of Bolts of Slay Evil. Or even Seeker bolts of Wounding. Umbar does crazy damage (540/turn) with the stack you already have.

Otherwise, you need a better melee weapon. Though that MoD would do for Sauron, if you wear RoAcid instead of Vilya.
