Does 100% saving throw prevent paralysis?

I guess I was paralyzed by the chest then - it had multiple traps IIRC -the chest also paralyzed and also summoned.

I just tested it now in 4.2.6 - throwables (except for sling ammo) don't got in the quiver. Bought a dagger, and it takes an inventory slot -
