My cloak "Shade" is not giving me any abilities in the Journal/abilities screen (what would be part of the Character page in Vanilla).
Specifically, it is supposed to grant me see invisible, but it is not. Nor is it granting any other ability, though it is giving me an AC bonus.
I have used *Identify* and remove curse. It says {uncursed}. If I examine it, it tells me the abilities it is supposed to be giving me, but it isn't.
Detect Invisible would be very useful to me right now.
