Only supports the curses terminal port, designed for angband live
fixes compilation on 64 bit machines, xterm colour handling
adds bigscreen mode, the flexible subwindow size allocation from poschengband and a monster list subwindow
hopefully these changes should make the variant more accessible - it may be the first time kangband has been playable in bigscreen ascii mode
I will post new threads for other variants that I fix with similar patches.
