Hi, for the first time I have got a mindcrafter going reasonably well (CL 27).
But a question on the "Domination" spell. So far I have never charmed anything, not once. It either dazes, confuses, scares, or says "the whatever is unaffected". I assume it is the last one which is attempting to charm. Is the chance to charm affected by a stat (my Charisma is only 11) or is it just a very low chance and/or easy to resist?
