    Player getting double hits by force/nexus/gravity breaths

    The code ensures that a grid is not processed twice when applying a projection... but only for monsters! This means that a player getting breathed on by force/nexus/gravity breaths that leave him inside the blast radius can be hit multiple times. Not funny...
