Keymaps can't do what I want them to...

So I still haven't found a ticket for the second most annoying thing about the new keymaps. Although it might end up getting merged with #1474 .

Basically I want the macro f05'[Escape] to work. Exactly like if I pressed this keys on the keyboard.
It should fire at the targeted enemy, if there is none targeted at the nearest if there is no enemy it should cancel the target mode.

I would even be satisfied if I could use my macro of / to ' in the target mode.
If I have to press *5 or shift+' it screws up my flow. And so does moving my hand to the escape key. I used to even have Enter macroed to Escape.... So that I could cancel prompts from the numpad.

Also Macroing / to ' does not seem to work correctly in general on windows. And Macros on the numpad only works with numpad off even if it was on while I declared the macros. Same with shift run.

Ok, let's keep the numpad stuff separate, because the numpad is a known problem and people are working on it.

I have to declare that I know next to nothing about the input layer myself, but it seems to me that we ought to make possible the macro you want to make, using keymaps. If it's not yet possible, I'm sure takkaria will be keen to make it so. If it's not to be addressed in #1474, we should open a separate ticket.
