Prerelease of 3.0.9

Hello. All the bugs in 3.0.8 that have been reproduced and we know how to fix have been fixed, but there might be new bugs introduced in the meantime.

So, if you've been playing 3.0.8 on Windows, and you fancy a bit of testing, grab:

There will be a final bugfix release of Angband in the next few days, version 3.0.9. When that goes out, the above link will go dead.
