Is there a page which collects patches used by variants?

example: a randart or notes patch which works against the [V] 3.0.9 codebase.

A repository of patches which may be plugged and played by variant makers would be incredibly useful. Especially since many patches may need to be updated for the [V] 3.1.x codebase.

I would have thought that many/most variants are too different to be defined as Vanilla + Patches.
